1. 1. On time. We work to the date on the proof you approved. A standard order is about 14 business days after you approve. A rush order is the date we quote you — call (630) 324-4372 if you need one.
2. 2. Matches the proof. If what arrives doesn’t match the proof you approved — the print, the placement, the colours, or the sizes — we reprint it or refund it.
3. 3. Pay after you approve. Nothing is charged until you sign off. The proof locks the art and the price. There is no cart that takes a card first.

This is not a change-of-mind return. Custom garments are made for your order, so they can’t go back on a shelf — that is why the proof comes first. Blank orders, and our plain retail hoodie bought on Amazon or Walmart, are covered on returns & reprints.
