Placement, sizes, colours, price — all locked on the proof. Change anything you like first; nothing runs until you say go.
3 · We print, then invoice
Your order goes to the press 8 miles from our door. The invoice follows — and the guarantee holds: match the proof or we reprint or refund it.
Send a purchase order on your district or agency letterhead and we'll run the order against it — net-30 terms on approved POs, no card required. W-9 and any vendor paperwork supplied on request.
Booster clubs and teams: pair a PO (or a single invoice) with a group order link so every player picks their own size — one roster, one invoice, zero spreadsheets.
Repeat and standing orders can stay on terms — talk to us once and it's set.
