We collect what it takes to send your quote and your proof — and that’s what we use it for. We don’t sell your information. Effective 2026-08-24.
When you request a quote, start a group order, or send a design from the Studio: your name, company or team name, email, phone, the order details you type, and any artwork files you attach. That’s the list — there’s no account system and no password to make.
Prepare your quote, send your proof, and talk to you about your order. Your artwork goes to the press that prints your job — that’s the only sharing involved in serving you. New quote requests also ping our own phones so a person answers quickly. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Quote details and artwork are stored in a private area of our hosting account — not in any public folder — and kept so we can honour reorders and the match-the-proof guarantee.
We may use standard measurement and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta) to see which pages are useful and to show relevant ads; those services set their own cookies under their own policies. Nothing you type into a quote form is given to them.
If you buy our retail hoodie on Amazon or Walmart, that purchase happens under the marketplace’s own privacy policy — we only see what the marketplace shows sellers.
