November is when crews, teams, and offices ask for a logo on a cap or a knit. You get a free mockup, then a proof, then you pay. One contact, (630) 324-4372. Digitizing is included. Printed locally in Addison, IL. Made in DuPage County. Quote online, delivered to you. The ten styles already on the hat grid are the ones priced below.

A hat embroiders well when the front is stable and the logo is simpler than the panel. These are the styles on the hat grid, grouped by how the front behaves. A dad hat and a pom beanie are common searches. Neither name is on that grid. Name the blank on the quote and the proof confirms it before anything is stitched.
Structured caps
A firm front panel keeps the stitch flat. New Era NE1000, structured stretch cotton, and Port Authority C813, Flexfit cotton twill. Use these when the logo has to look the same on every head.
Snapbacks
Port Authority C402 is the snapback trucker. C932 is a five-panel snapback. The five-panel front is a smaller panel, so a compact mark fits better than a wide crest.
Truckers
Richardson 112 and the 115 Low Pro are the two Richardson truckers with a full price ladder. Also the 112PFP five-panel, the C993 foam front, and the Sport-Tek STC26 mesh. A foam or structured front is where people ask for puff. Say so on the quote. The proof confirms the stitch.
Cuffed knit
The knit on the grid is the Carhartt CT104597 Watch Cap 2.0. It is a cuffed watch cap, not a pom beanie. The cuff is a small, stretchy panel, so a short word or a simple mark stitches more cleanly than a detailed crest.
Flat embroidery is thread laid on the fabric. That is the stitch the advertised cap price describes: a cap front, about 5,000 stitches. Puff, sometimes called 3D, pushes foam under the thread so the logo stands off a structured or foam front. This site does not publish a puff price or a puff stitch allowance. Write “puff” in the artwork note if you want it raised. The proof shows the stitch type and the price before you pay.
| Stitch | Where it sits | What is already priced |
|---|---|---|
| Flat | Cap front on the styles in the tables below. A small flat mark on the Carhartt cuff. | Cap fronts in the embroidery table cover about 5,000 stitches. A denser logo is named on the proof. |
| Puff (3D) | A structured or foam front, when you ask for it. A poor fit on a stretchy cuff. | No published puff price. The proof states it before you pay. |
The number in the embroidery table is one location: the cap front. A second spot — side panel or back — is a second location, and that price is on the proof, the same way a second location is handled on a shirt. The home page prices embroidery to 8,000 stitches, then per thousand. On a cap, the advertised front still covers about 5,000 stitches. Past that, the proof names the count before you pay.
Three caps have a full quantity ladder on the embroidery page. The other seven are priced at 12 pieces on the hat grid. Both sets are all-in: hat, embroidery, digitizing, and shipping, with the standing 12% off already applied. One cap front. A denser stitch or a second location changes the proof, not this table.
| Style | 12–23 | 24–49 | 50–99 | 100–249 | 250+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Richardson 112 trucker | $29.47 | $24.72 | $23.31 | $22.61 | $21.55 |
| Port Authority C402 snapback trucker | $22.17 | $18.65 | $16.01 | $15.22 | $14.16 |
| Richardson 115 low pro trucker | $29.47 | $24.72 | $23.31 | $22.61 | $21.55 |
Same figures as the embroidery table and the print method chooser. Advertised cap prices cover about 5,000 stitches.
| Style | What it is | All-in at 12 |
|---|---|---|
| New Era NE1000 | Structured stretch cotton cap | $30.97 |
| Port Authority C813 | Flexfit cotton twill cap | $29.38 |
| Port Authority C932 | 5-panel snapback | $21.55 |
| Richardson 112PFP | Printed five-panel trucker | $32.11 |
| Port Authority C993 | Foam trucker | $22.52 |
| Sport-Tek STC26 | PosiCharge RacerMesh cap | $23.31 |
| Carhartt CT104597 | Watch Cap 2.0, cuffed knit. Sold decorated only. | $45.22 |
Each 12-piece figure is the hat grid’s discounted all-in price (the grid also shows a higher list). The Carhartt watch cap is decorated only, per the brand note on that card. A 12-piece cap order, mixed colours, is the same floor as on small-batch custom apparel.
Company crews
A cap on the same quote as staff polos. Offices, shops, and clinics in Naperville and the western suburbs. See company uniforms.
Teams
A sideline cap or a watch cap with the hoodies. Hockey, basketball, and the other indoor seasons. See winter sports team gear. Sizes for a bigger roster can be collected with a group link.
School spirit
A spirit cap for a booster or a parent group, from 12. Staff shirts for Districts 203 and 204 are on Naperville school spirit wear. This is not a district order form.
Holiday gifts
A December client or crew gift. The knit watch cap is the cold-weather piece on the grid. See holiday office gifts. Start the mockup early if you need them in December. That is a planning note, not a guaranteed date.

The hat grid is ten styles, all shown embroidered at 12 pieces. Structured: New Era NE1000 and Port Authority C813 Flexfit. Snapback: C402 trucker and C932 five-panel. Trucker: Richardson 112, Richardson 115 Low Pro, Richardson 112PFP five-panel, Port Authority C993 foam, and Sport-Tek STC26 RacerMesh. Knit: Carhartt CT104597 Watch Cap 2.0. A dad hat and a pom beanie are not named on that grid. Put the blank you want on the quote. The proof confirms it before anything is stitched.
The advertised cap price is flat embroidery on the cap front, about 5,000 stitches. Puff embroidery is a raised stitch. This site does not publish a puff price. Say puff on the quote if you want it raised. The proof shows the stitch and the price before you pay. A cuffed watch cap is a better fit for a small flat mark than for puff, because the panel is small and the fabric stretches.
The embroidery table prices a cap front. A second location, such as a side or the back, is priced on the proof. Tiny type and photo gradients do not stitch as clean shapes. A few solid shapes read better on a hat than a detailed crest or a tagline. A five-panel front is a smaller panel than a structured cap, so a compact mark fits it better. The proof shows the size and the stitch count before you pay. A dense logo past about 5,000 stitches is called out there.
Upload it on the quote form: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or ZIP, up to 12 MB. Vector art is the sharpest file. A description or a link is enough to start, and you can send the file later. Digitizing is included. Free mockup in 24 hours. You approve a proof before anything is stitched, and you pay after you approve. The stitch file is kept for a reorder.
Company crews, team sidelines, school spirit, and holiday gifts. A staff cap can share a quote with polos. A winter team can add hats to hoodies. A December gift is often a smaller hat run. Embroidery starts at 12 pieces. Colours can mix in that count. Standard delivery is about 14 business days after you approve the proof. Rush is a date quoted by phone at (630) 324-4372, not a promise on this page. Free shipping over $200. If what arrives does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it or refund it.
