How quantity changes the price
The same Bella + Canvas BC3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee costs $14.86 each at 24 pieces, $12.40 at 50, $11.87 at 100 and $11.17 at 250 — 25% less per piece than at 24. Setup and screens cost the same whether you print 24 or 250, so they spread thinner as the order grows. Sizes mix freely: a run from S to 5XL counts as one quantity.
Bigger sizes
2XL and up use more fabric, so they cost a little more — and we show it before you ask: on the Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend Hooded Sweatshirt, 2XL adds $4.55 and 3XL adds $8.65; on the Bella + Canvas BC3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee, 2XL adds $2.05 and 3XL adds $4.05 per piece. Every product page lists its own size upcharges, and the calculator includes them.

From $11.52 each for 24 Port & Co PC54 tees with a 1-colour print — $276.48 for the order, all-in: garment, print, setup, screens and shipping. Softer or heavier tees cost more; the Bella + Canvas BC3001 is $14.86 each at 24 pieces.
How much do custom hoodies cost?
From $23.49 each at 24 pieces for the District DT6100 V.I.T.Fleece Hoodie with a 1-colour print, all-in. The same hoodie is $22.26 each at 50. Heavier and premium hoodies cost more, and every style's product page shows its full price ladder.
How much does embroidery cost?
Embroidered polos start at $26.92 each and caps at $21.55 each at 12 pieces, all-in, with digitizing your logo included.
Is there a setup fee or screen charge?
No separate one. Setup, screens and digitizing are built into the all-in price, so the per-piece number is the number on your invoice.
What's the minimum order?
Screen printing from 24 pieces, embroidery from 12, and sizes can be mixed across the order. Blank garments have no minimum.
